High-Speed Tube Manufacturing

G6 Group is equipped with high-speed tube mills capable of producing both welded and folded-section tubes with superior quality. Precision Fin Production

We offer a diverse range of high-precision fin designs that maximize heat transfer efficiency. Our advanced fin manufacturing technology caters to a wide array of industry needs. To maintain precise control over fin geometry, we employ specialized measuring equipment such as the Jodon Fin Angle measuring machine. Depending on application requirements—whether on-road, off-road, agricultural, locomotive, or industrial—we customize fins for optimal performance.

Advanced Core Building Modules

To meet diverse production demands, G6 Group has invested in state-of-the-art semi-automatic core-building modules. These systems provide flexible setups and controlled manufacturing, enabling us to produce radiator cores for applications ranging from passenger vehicles and agricultural machinery to industrial power generation and rail locomotives.

State-of-the-Art Brazing Furnace

Brazing is a crucial step in radiator manufacturing, and we utilize advanced continuous and batch-process Nocolok CAB Furnaces. With an annual production capacity of over 3 million units and the ability to handle cores up to 2.1m x 1.2m x 0.25m, our facility is designed to manufacture a broad range of core sizes, efficiently catering to both small and large-volume requirements.

Injection Molding & Vibration Welding

As a complete cooling solutions provider, we have incorporated high-end injection molding technology, high-frequency vibration welding, and blow molding machines into our production process. This enables us to manufacture a wide range of high-quality plastic tanks that meet the highest durability standards.

Fabrication & Engineering Expertise

Our in-house fabrication and engineering facility is equipped with CNC turret presses, CNC bending machines, hydraulic and power presses, precision welding stations, and efficient powder coating systems. We also specialize in designing and manufacturing high-quality jigs and fixtures, ensuring precision and consistency across all our products.

Modern Assembly Lines

Our assembly lines integrate various cooling system components, including radiator cores, charge air coolers, top and bottom tanks, fan shrouds, and additional structural elements. Operated by highly skilled technicians and equipped with advanced technology, our assembly process ensures efficiency, precision, and strict quality control. Each finished product undergoes rigorous testing for leak resistance, ensuring that it meets the high-performance standards set by G6 Group.
